Bonding

Bonding is a conservative way to repair slightly chipped teeth and protect exposed roots. It uses a tooth-colored resin that is bonded onto the tooth. The resin is molded and sculpted over an adhesive gel that is placed on the tooth. UV light is then used to harden the resin, which is then polished to give you a new smile. Out of all cosmetic procedures, bonding preserves most of the tooth’s original enamel. For many patients, bonding is an affordable and relatively painless way to achieve an improved smile.
