Boston is named after a town in England. It is known as the “City of Firsts” because it is home to the oldest public park in the United States, the Boston common, along with having the first subway system, the first public school and the first chocolate factory. Aside from its eventful history, Boston is the home for some of the finest and most prestigious educational institutions.
