A town that carries deep historical roots with it. Lexington Green is the site in Lexington where the first battle took place during the American Revolution, and it has a statue that commemorates the Minute Men who sacrificed their life to defend the nation’s freedom.

Lexington is also known for its farming community and was not incorporated as a town until 1713. Even then, it was mostly farmland until the 19th century. One of the most visited farms there is the Wilson farm that was established by Irish immigrants in 1884 is still in operation until this day.

Along with having a great ranking for its public schooling system, it also provides its population with many entertaining opportunities like Patriot’s Day celebration that is filled with parades, tours, and other events.
